Briar House owners are members of a condominium Association known as the Briar House Condominium Association. A Board of Directors consisting of 7 homeowners is responsible for governance of the Association. The Briar House Association is an unincorporated condominium association formed in accordance with the PA Uniform Condominium Act. Briar House consists of 91 units with the Association being responsible for billing and collecting from owners their pro rata share of common area services for the complex. Many of our residents have lived at the Briar House for 20 or even 30 years. It is a testament to both the dedicated management and employees that residents enjoy the fine quality of life that they experience here at Briar House.
CAMCO Management Company handles the day-to-day operations and should be the first point of contact when homeowners have questions or concerns about the Briar House. Rosalie Grosso is the CAMCO General Manager assigned full-time, onsite to the community. CAMCO provides the highest level of customer service while bringing a wealth of experience in such diverse fields as landscaping, roofing, accounting, bundled purchasing, roads and sidewalks, pool & recreation facilities, storm water management, masonry, structural repairs, and insurance.
